Imogen Casely

Dressage- Elementary/Medium

Current horses- PJ is a 13 year old, 15hh sports horse who i have on long term loan. I got him in the August of 2024, and since then have been working on building a strong partnership with him. In his past, he has mainly evented and done bits of dressage. I’m looking forward to learning more and moving up the levels with him!

PJ and I have recently won both our area festival and regional classes on 70%+ which qualifies us to compete at the Winter Championships.

With my previous pony, Stella, I rode for Scotland 3 times with BD and twice with the pony club. Stella brought me to 5 championships in the time we competed together, with some of my proudest results being winning and having other podium places there.

About

Occupation- Secondary School Student

Year of birth- 2008

Short and long term goals- By the end of this year, I’d like to have competed at advanced medium, and next year starting to do junior FEI/ high profiles. I am also aiming to compete at the Summer nationals at Somerford this year at novice and elementary.

At some point in my dressage career I’d like to ride at Grand Prix, and for GB. It’s also been a goal of mine to become BD judge, and further my coaching qualifications/ portfolio.

What do you hope to gain from being on the pathway?

I would hope to gain the help and guidance of the team on the pathway to achieve my short term goals, and develop me as a rider in the equestrian world to help achieve my long term goals in the future.
