We are delighted to announce that we have managed to re-schedule the National Equestrian Awards for Wednesday 21st March.
We worked with the hotel to get the best date possible, we looked at trying to get another Friday evening, however the first one they could offer us was in April and we are aware that the weather will be getting better by then and many will be out competing, therefore the decision was taken that the Wednesday date was the best one.
For those that have already booked tickets, can you please confirm by Wednesday 14th March if you wish to keep the booking. If you need to amend numbers then please let us know. If you are no longer able to attend, or will have lower numbers than previously booked, and you have already paid for your tickets, then we will work out how best to refund you.
If you were not able to attend on the original date but can now attend on the new date, please complete and return the booking form.
If you had booked a room at the hotel and had paid for it the hotel will automatically transfer your room to the new date. If you no longer wish this room, please contact Airth Castle directly to cancel it.
If you had booked a room and not paid for it, then the hotel has cancelled these bookings. If you wish to re-book, please contact Airth Castle directly to do so.
Airth Castle have offered the same deal on rooms as before, all details are available in the booking form.
We really hope that as many of you as possible are able to attend on Wednesday 21st March. Please confirm either way by Wednesday 14th March to allow us to confirm numbers etc. with the hotel.
