International Dressage Star To Visit Scotland For Demo

“Getting your horse to Prix St Georges”

National and international dressage star, Michael Eilberg, will be visiting Morris Equestrian Centre on Friday May 19, 2017.

The evening demonstration will see Michael start with a young horse just starting out on its dressage career. He will discuss the key areas of focus for a horse at this stage in order to set it up for progression up the levels. Moving on from the young horse we will look at horses at various stages of training with Michael using exercises to help the horse step up to the next level. As we move towards the end goal of PSG, Michael will work with a horse to show how to introduce flying changes and collection.

Michael has represented Team GB in the 2014 World Equestrian Games as well as two European Dressage Championships in 2015 & 2013. He has also won the prestigious 5 & 6 year old World Breeding Championship with Woodlander Farouche as well as numerous National titles.

The evening is ideal for all ages and members of Pony Club, Riding Schools, and Riding Clubs etc are warmly invited to come along.

British Dressage Scotland have partnered with First Saddlery, based at Morris Equestrian Centre, to offer all ticket holders 10% discount on purchases on the night.

The evening starts at 6.30pm and the cafe, bar and restaurant will be open at Morris Equestrian Centre. The restaurant is offering a special pre theatre menu
